We are a Social Enterprise. Our business model is Company Limited by Guarantee. This means that every penny of surplus we make goes into providing our high quality services. There are no shareholders to pay. Instead, our money goes into high staff ratios, quality food and resources for our children, the very best training opportunities and fair, compassionate working conditions for our staff team.
